Return Policy

King and Stone, Inc. (“King and Stone”) does not issue a refund once a subscription order has been processed, and King and Stone will only exchange a product that is shipped pursuant to such subscription.

If a product that was selected should arrive in damaged condition, or if such product is not the right size, the customer must, within 5 days of receipt of product, notify King and Stone of the need for an exchange by making an exchange request by contacting King and Stone at support@kingandstone.com If the product is being exchanged due to damage, customer must send a picture of the damaged product when making such request. Any product being returned for an exchange must be in unused condition.

Upon contacting King and Stone, and if the return for exchange is authorized (one exchange free of charge per product, shipping and return shipping charges to be paid by customer thereafter), a return shipping label will be provided. Approval of a return for exchange will be confirmed to the customer by e-mail, with the product to be returned to:

Upon receipt of damaged or unused product for exchange, King and Stone will exchange the product if it is available. King and Stone, in its sole and absolute discretion may elect to provide a credit to customer's account if a replacement return product is not available. Customer will receive notification by e-mail should this be the case. If a credit is provided for shoes, customer may choose to either receive another product from the same season, if such substitute product is available, or have a credit applied to customer’s account toward a future season of King and Stone.

Should a product be returned to King and Stone marked as “Return To Sender”, King and Stone will notify the customer via email. King and Stone will reship the product to the same or a different address of the customer’s choosing, after customer submits payment for reshipping charges (King and Stone will provide customer the shipping cost to be remitted to King and Stone).

Cancellations

Once a subscription order is processed on the King and Stone website, the order may not be cancelled. King and Stone uses an auto renew function for follow-on season subscriptions, following the completion of any prepaid season(s) subscriptions.

In order to cancel auto renew for one season, customer must click the "Skip Next Renewal” button within the Edit section of Your Subscription(s) within their account before the beginning of the next selection period (dates below); or if a customer wishes to cancel their subscription entirely, they must email King & Stone at support@kingandstone.com before the beginning of the next selection period (dates below). If not, the subscription will automatically renew, and the customer will be charged for the full amount of that renewal subscription (generally broken up into $25 monthly payments for 3 months, or $75 total).
